Greenock Shore Tour Summary:

Join us on our signature Greenock shore excursion, visiting the magnificent Stirling Castle, the spectacular Trossachs National Park and the ‘bonny bonny banks’ of Loch Lomond. You will be met by your Kilted Piper Graeme at Greenock Ocean Terminal where your day will begin.

Leaving the old industrial port of Greenock behind we travel eastwards, enjoying panoramic views of the Clyde estuary, journeying through Glasgow and on to our first destination of the day, Stirling Castle.

Your shore experience continues, as we tour through the breathtaking Trossachs National Park. Our next stop is at Kilmahog, where we will have some fun feeding the ‘Highland Coos, and great photo opportunity for you and your group. You may also wish to visit the Edinburgh Woolen Mill at this location, which boasts a braw stock of wonderful Scottish gifts.      

                                                                                                 
Travelling on, we stop for great Scottish experience at Loch Lubnaig, where you can enjoy the skirl of the bagpipes, whilst savouring a complimentary wee dram and slice of shortbread.
Time allowing, you may have the option of visiting Rob Roy MacGregor’s grave at Balquhidder, before stopping off for lunch at the reputedly haunted, Drovers Inn (established 1705) at Inveranan. 
 
After lunch, your adventure sees us travelling alongside 24 miles of the scenic freshwater Loch Lomond, and stopping off at the picturesque conservation village of Luss, which has spectacular views of Ben Lomond.

Passengers: Maximum of 8 passengers, we also have child and baby seats if required. *(You may wish to ask other passengers to join your tour to share costs).                                                                                                 

Vehicle Type:   Ford Tourneo Mpv – The front of the vehicle has two passenger seats beside the driver, one seat has slightly less legroom. The rear of the mpv has executive seating with ample legroom, with two rows of three seats facing each other. Other features on board are full air conditioning and charging ports.

What’s included: Bottled water, light snacks and complimentary bagpiping on location.
